1. About Wavee
Wavee is an online platform that connects watersport providers with riders in the UAE. Wavee facilitates bookings but does not itself provide watersport services. All sessions are provided by independent providers who are solely responsible for the quality and safety of their services.
2. Account Registration
To use Wavee, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Bookings and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe in AED. Prices are set by providers. Wavee charges a service fee on each booking. By completing a booking, you agree to the provider's cancellation policy displayed on the listing page.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Each boat listing has its own cancellation policy set by the provider. Refunds are calculated based on this policy and processed to your original payment method. Weather cancellations always receive a full refund. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, equipment, and safety. Providers must comply with all applicable UAE maritime and business regulations.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. Wavee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wavee acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from watersport sessions. Participants engage in activities at their own risk. Wavee is not responsible for provider conduct, equipment condition, or weather conditions.
8. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion removes your personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Completed booking records may be retained in anonymised form for legal and accounting purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
Wavee may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
